Three glass jars of our most versatile woods - Pignut Hickory, Cherry, and White Oak - at 4.25 oz each. That's five times the wood of the Sampler, in jars that keep it dry and look good sitting out on the bar.
Enough to smoke a whole board of cheese, batch Old Fashioneds for a dinner party, and still have plenty left in the jar. The glass matters more than it sounds like it should - chips that sit in a bag go stale and smoke flat.
Every jar is cut from identified trees, grown organically and hand-processed on Cloverdale Farm, a regenerative farm in the Allegheny Mountains of Virginia.
